• Brand-new build
• Bedrooms with built-in wardrobe, unfinished
• Main bathroom/toilet essentially all yours (except the occasion guests visit)

• $235 per week, FOOD NOT INCLUDED, share power, water and internet, buy your own toilet, kitchen essentials
