The Room & Home:

• One furnished/unfurnished room in a tidy house

• Shared bathroom (with female landlord initially – see notes below)

• Very peaceful environment – ideal for someone who values calm and privacy

The Household:

• Female landlord – leaves for China in April for 3 months, then returns

• A couple in the master bedroom – leave for China in May

• While landlord is away (April–July), you’ll have the bathroom mostly to yourself

• After landlord returns, you will share the bathroom with her again

Rent & Bills:

• $180 per week – includes power and internet

Ideal Tenant:

• Working female

• Non-smoker, tidy, considerate, and quiet
